Ceremony and Rehearsal Info

  • Rehearsal will be on 09/11/26 at 5:15 PM at the Ceremony site on Mt. Tom. Ceremony Site info below, see: “Where and when is the Ceremony?”

    Dinner will be at 6:30 PM located at Galaxy Restaurant located at 60 Main St, Easthampton, MA 01027. Google Map to address here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/85NDEPkTZZWFGuTC8

  • The Wedding Ceremony will be held prior to the Reception at 2:00 PM. This will be a tiny, invite-only event. It will be located on Mt. Tom.

    In case of rain, the Ceremony will be held at a nearby Hamilton Field Pavilion on Mt. Tom. We will notify you if we are utilizing the the Hamilton Field Pavilion on the morning of the Ceremony.

  • Roadside parking is available in the immediate area.

    There is also a parking lot located next to the nearby Hamilton Field Pavilion which is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to the Ceremony site.

    • 1:45 PM: Ceremony Guest Arrival

    • 2:00 PM: Ceremony Begins

    • 2:30 - 3:30 PM: Pictures at Ceremony site.

    • 4:00 PM: Pictures at Reception Site.

    • 5:00 PM: Reception Guest Arrival

    • 5:00 PM: Social hour

    • 5:30 PM: Speeches & toasts

    • 6:00 PM: Dinner is served

    • The rest of the night: Dessert and Dancing!

  • Please let us know if you can make it by August 12th. While we are having a buffet, our caterers and rental vendors still require an exact final headcount ahead of time so we have enough food, seating, and glassware for everyone. You can RSVP right here on our website.

  • The dress code is semi-formal / cocktail. Suits, blazers, dress pants, and dresses are all great options.
