Event Info

  • The Wedding Ceremony will be held prior to the Reception. This will be a tiny, invite-only event. It will be located on Mt. Tom.

    We plan to have video recordings of the Ceremony available on this website in the days following the event.

  • The Reception will occur within the Blue Room at the Old Town Hall at 43 Main St., Easthampton, MA, 01027.

  • We’re keeping things moving so we can get right to the celebration! Here is the plan:

    • 5:00 PM: Guest Arrival

    • 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Social hour

    • 5:30 PM: Speeches & toasts

    • 6:00 PM: Dinner is served

    • The rest of the night: Dessert and Dancing!

  • We have two local hotels that have reserved blocks for the wedding - see below for details. You must call these hotels and specify our event to receive the block rates. These two locations are approximately a 15 minutes drive from the venue.

  • Please let us know if you can make it by August 12th. While we are having a buffet, our caterers and rental vendors still require an exact final headcount ahead of time so we have enough food, seating, and glassware for everyone. You can RSVP right here on our website.

  • The dress code is semi-formal / cocktail. Suits, blazers, dress pants, and dresses are all great options. Wear whatever makes you feel fantastic and ready to hit the dance floor!

  • We are having a deluxe buffet with plenty of options. Here is what we're serving up:

  • Because we are serving a buffet, there are naturally many gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly options built into the menu. However, if you have a severe allergy, please note it in the comments on our Contacts Page so we can ensure you are taken care of.

  • Yes, the drinks are on us! The bar will be fully stocked, but please consider bringing some cash to tip our fantastic bartenders.
